Hello Ladies,
We really need your help in determining if we should go forward with holding our September General Meeting/Luncheon. Due to current events and respecting everyone’s concerns the deadline for registration to our September Luncheon will be earlier than normal. The deadline to register will be 11:59 pm, Sunday, August 23. Hopefully, we will have enough members attending to meet the requirements of our caterer and meet quorum.
The Board and I are doing everything within our power to protect you and make you feel safe. That being said, we also know that this is a personal choice. So we are asking that everyone who is planning on attending to register by the new deadline. In fact, everyone who registers their name will go in a drawing for a free lunch!
