RRNN Board Proposed Amendments to RRNN Bylaws to be Voted on by the General Membership

ARTICLE IV – MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS/VOTING
Section 1.
- General Membership meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of the once a month from September to May inclusive, unless otherwise ordered by the Board. Special meetings may be called by Board vote. Membership business/voting may be conducted electronically.
ARTICLE III – MEMBERSHIP AND DUES
Section 2. Dues.
- Memberships not renewed within twenty-one (21) days of their due date are considered expired and all membership rights and privileges will cease. As this is a procedural item, it should be removed from the Bylaws.
PLEASE NOTE: Currently, there are no plans to change the day we hold our monthly General Meeting/Luncheon. However, it has come to our attention that there may come a time we need to change the day of the week we hold our GM/Luncheon to ensure a better rate of the facility we may be using. This is in an effort to keep the cost as low as possible.
