RRNN Activity Participation Policy

Prospective members may attend each function only once prior to joining. (Bylaws Article III, Section 3.A.) After that, only Members whose dues are current may participate. Memberships are en-forced as expired after the September Luncheon. Non-renewing members are not considered prospective members. Out-of-town guests of members are welcome if space is available. Activity Leader Responsibility. Activity leaders are responsible for verifying that participants/players are current Club members; this includes removing names of those who are not members from invitation lists. If a Substitute is needed, preference must first be given to Club members. For up-to-date member information, refer to the current Member Directory, plus Newsletter announce-ments of new members, plus other member information that may be provided to you by a Board member. Exceptions. Two venues are exceptions: (1) Barnes & Noble, which requires our Book Discussion group be open to the public; and (2) the Allen R. Baca Center which requires that activities of non-rent-paying groups be open to the public (Baca members as well as walk-in participants).

We are thrilled to be back at this location that has hosted us for several years.  They have gone under some remodeling. Looking forward to  seeing what they have done.
