Caring Hands has been busy! And it is all thanks to our wonderful members.
On January 24th, we decorated 108 placemats to be donated to Meals on Wheels.
To date, we have recycled 422 socks and 178 pair of undies that would otherwise have been diverted to the landfill!
And we hope to add to our impressive accomplishments with our annual From the Heart Valentine’s Day Food Drive to benefit the food pantry at the Round Rock Area Serving Center. Please bring your non-perishable food items to the February luncheon. If you cannot make the luncheon, feel free to drop items at my house, give to someone who is attending, or give them to any board member to be brought to the luncheon. Let’s make this the biggest heartfelt food donation ever!!
