It is time to put the lazy days of
summer behind us and get ready for a new
year of Round Rock New Neighbors. I am very
excited to begin my time as President of this
great organization along with a group of very
dedicated and talented ladies that you have
elected to represent your club. When I first
moved to Austin, I wondered how and where I
would meet new friends. Round Rock New
Neighbors was the answer! I have met so
many fun, interesting, and thoughtful women
through our organization and it's many
activities.
One important goal for this year is to add
new members and we will have
several activities geared toward this goal. I
also hope we can "grow" our club by
encouraging our members to speak positively
and spread the word to friends, neighbors and
colleagues about all we have to offer. We
are our own best advertisement!
With my new and "seasoned" Board
members, I hope to make this year one of
surprises, new ideas and old
favorites...something for everyone. Please join
us and we will all work together to make
Round Rock New Neighbors fun and
interesting...just like our members!
