President's Corner - March

Sandra Boeser started her career in the training department of Apple Computer in 1984 and has continued training teachers in Hawaii, staff at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, as well as staff at other companies.  With more than 25 years in educational training, Sandy has been responsible for developing and executing the training efforts for several large corporations.  She has also executed and directed the sales infrastructure and managed the company’s customer-care support team.  Also, she has pioneered high-level strategic alliances with leading educational sales and distribution partners.

Sandy was a Vice President for Implementation (Professional Development) at Achieve 3000 (Central Region); a Senior Manager at Dell, Inc., a Regional Director for educational software sales at Scientific Learning Corporation, McGraw-Hill, and two video conferencing companies.  Her professional training, sales, and marketing experience include 15 years with Apple Computer in marketing, sales and training, specializing in education.

Additionally, Sandy created a publication for the Education Department at Washington University, “The Counseling Psychologist”.  She collaborated on a PBS film series with such leading psychologists as B. F. Skinner, Carl Rogers, Thomas Gordon and Alfred Adler.  She graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Communications Management from St. Edwards University.  She is a member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society and the Kappa Gamma Pi leadership.

Sandy founded Divine Auditions LLC, a staging and redesign company, in September 2008.  She has a passion for the staging and redesign business.  Sandy received her certification from Home Staging Resource, attended the Expo in Houston in the summer of 2009 and went on to earn her CSP Elite Instructor certification for Central Texas.  She is on the board of directors as the Vice President of Professional Development for the American Society of Training and Development.

As a new member last year, Sandy agreed to serve as First Vice President in charge of membership for RRNN for 2009-2010.  She has done a wonderful job, and we appreciate all of her hard work.
